Sometimes an incident can occur with a delivery. Accidents happen. If your order arrives damaged, or there is an issue with a product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

- A clear, digital photo of your damaged product and the shipping container it arrived in.
- Your Order Number and Full Name.
- A brief description of exactly what item(s) is damaged.
You will receive a follow-up response within 36 hours from one of our dedicated staff. We will work diligently in order to resolve the situation in a timely manner.
